Your information at Consilium.

This notice covers Consilium’s website and web tools, optional workspace, Power BI custom visuals, the Pointsay Local preview, and related support and email subscriptions. Consilium is operated by Four Frontiers (Pvt) Limited, the organisation responsible for the personal information described here.

The short version

Web tools calculate in your browser. Saving is optional. Ordinary calculations and opening files in a web tool do not upload those inputs to Consilium. When a tool offers Save to workspace, its confirmation explains what will be sent before you choose to save. Public tools do not require an account. Workspace sign-in uses Google.

We use account information to run your workspace, messages to respond to you, and limited usage and security information to maintain the service. We do not sell personal information or use advertising cookies.

Your work and files

Figures, labels and files used for ordinary web-tool calculations are processed on your device. If you confirm a workspace save, we store the analysis name, supported inputs and settings, tool identifier, dates and your account identifier. Depending on the tool, saved inputs can include rows, labels, assumptions and imported text; the save dialog identifies what is included. Saved inputs are used to reopen your work and calculate results in your browser. They are not published to other users.

Local exports and analysis files are downloaded to your device. Opening a supported analysis file in the browser does not upload it. These files may contain financial inputs, labels and results and are not encrypted by Consilium. You control where you keep or share them. Financial values and entered business labels are excluded from our usage-event records and shareable tool links.

Our Power BI custom visuals process report data within Power BI and do not send that data to Consilium. Visual settings, including labels, formulas, annotations and formatting, may be saved with the report. Exports use Power BI’s download service. Microsoft’s services and your organisation’s report, sharing and storage settings govern how that data is handled within Power BI; this does not mean it stays only on your device.

Pointsay Local preview

Pointsay records the window or monitor and microphone you select. Its bundled speech model processes the recording on your PC. Recordings, screenshots, transcripts and corrections stay in your local data folder; this preview uploads none of that content, has no app usage telemetry, and does not check for updates. No account or API key is required. Hosted and Own keys processing are not available in this build.

Copy prompt places your transcript, corrections, local review-folder path and screenshot references on the clipboard. Pointsay excludes the prompt from Windows clipboard history and cloud sync. Nothing is sent to an agent automatically. When you paste it, that text and any screenshots the receiving agent opens are handled by its provider. Check the content before sharing; Pointsay does not automatically redact sensitive regions.

Pointsay reads its configured shortcuts and drawing controls, not the words you type. You control your local recordings and any copies you share. Deleting a local recording does not recall copies already shared with an agent or kept in your own backups. Website visits and download requests are separate from activity inside the app and are covered by the website usage and security practices below.

Google sign-in and your account

If you sign in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email, verification status and profile image where available. We use basic identity permissions; we do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. Consilium does not receive your Google password or offer a separate Consilium password.

We store your profile and account records, provider identifiers and authentication tokens, and session information such as dates, IP address and browser user agent. These support sign-in, account access and security. Signing out ends the current session. Google also processes the sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Messages and optional subscriptions

When you contact support, we receive your address, message and any attachments you send. A feedback submission contains your message, category, optional contact address and screenshot, page and product context, reported version, browser family and submission time. Feedback submitted while signed in is linked to your account. We use this information to investigate issues and reply; feedback is not a public post. Please remove confidential information from screenshots and messages that is not needed to explain the issue.

If you opt into writing or release notifications, we store your email, the choices you selected, consent and update dates, source page and an unsubscribe token. Subscriptions are optional and separate from Google sign-in. We send only the categories you select. Use the unsubscribe link to change each choice or cancel all subscriptions, or contact us. Account-action emails, such as deletion confirmations, are separate from these subscriptions.

Usage information, cookies and device storage

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site visits without analytics cookies. Our own usage-event records describe actions such as using a tool or exporting a chart or requesting a product download, together with page, device category, input method, export format, error category and grouped counts or timings. These event records exclude account identifiers, email addresses, financial inputs and entered business labels. We use them to understand use and improve reliability and usability.

We also retain aggregate traffic and Google Search Console reports, including page paths, referrer sites, country and device categories, search terms, impressions and clicks. These help us understand how people find the site; the reports do not give us Google account identities.

Security processing is separate: requests pass through Cloudflare and include network information such as IP addresses. Access controls and rate limits use this information to protect the service and prevent abuse.

Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session. Device storage keeps preferences such as theme and dismissed prompts. When you choose to sign in while saving, this tab temporarily holds the analysis name and inputs for up to 30 minutes so you can finish saving after sign-in. Cancellation or a successful save removes that draft. You can clear cookies and site storage using your browser, which may sign you out or remove local preferences.

Who processes information and where

We use Cloudflare for hosting, databases, security, analytics and backup storage; Resend for service email; and Zoho Mail for business support. These providers process information needed to perform those functions. Google provides sign-in and search-performance reports, and Microsoft operates the Power BI environment. External services have their own privacy notices for information they handle independently.

Our database is hosted in Western Europe, and encrypted backups use private storage in the Asia-Pacific region. We operate from Pakistan; Cloudflare’s delivery network and other providers may process information in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Hosting location alone does not determine which privacy rights apply to you.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or where necessary to address fraud or a security incident or protect legal rights. Such disclosure is limited to the relevant purpose. We do not provide your saved financial inputs to advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

• Account records and saved analyses remain until you delete them or your account.
• Feedback screenshots are removed after 90 days and feedback after one year, through daily cleanup.
• Subscription records remain until you cancel all choices or the subscription purpose ends.
• Sessions expire after seven days unless refreshed by continued use. Expired session and verification records are removed through daily cleanup.
• Short-lived rate-limit records expire automatically or are removed by cleanup. Aggregate usage totals are retained to understand trends.
• Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up.

Delete saved analyses or request account deletion from Workspace. Account deletion requires confirmation through an emailed link and removes the account, saved analyses, linked feedback, sessions and subscriptions associated with that email. Independently submitted feedback may not be linked to your account; contact us if you also want it removed.

Daily database backups are encrypted and configured to expire after 30 days in private storage. Deleted records may remain in restricted backups until expiry; the provider’s removal process is not instantaneous. Before a restored database serves users, deletion and unsubscribe choices must be reapplied. A separate encrypted recovery log is retained for 35 days for that purpose. It contains record identifiers, protected email fingerprints and deletion or unsubscribe times, without financial inputs, passwords or message content.

Security

We use encrypted connections, account access controls, restricted administrative access and encrypted backups to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep access to your Google account and exported files secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access to your Consilium account.

Your choices and rights

You can use public tools without signing in, choose whether to save work, delete saved analyses and withdraw subscription consent. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to its use, and complain to the relevant data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing account information.

Changes to this notice

This notice describes shared data practices rather than individual calculators. Adding a tool with the same practices does not, by itself, change the notice. If the information we collect, its purposes, recipients or other material practices change, we will update this notice and its date, provide an appropriate notice of material changes, and obtain consent where required. Relevant details also appear where you choose to submit or save information.
